But I guess we call can't be as lucky in love as I am right now *hair toss* but it got me thinking about how to choose a workout that is right for each person. Obviously, since everything has already been created in this world (thanks internet) a quick search of Google told me that indeed, there are many people who have already figured out a way to help people find the perfect workout for them. Here are some of them:
Best Workout for Your Body Type- Women's Health
What I like about this workout selector is that it is designed with the idea that workouts shouldn't be one-size-fits-all instead they figure out what areas you'll want to work on the most judging by your body type. *Bonus each body type comes with a meal plan!
Self Workout Finder- Self Magazine
This one cracks me up as a workout fairy godmother grants your workout wishes. But it's a great resource that lets you decide if your workout will take place at home or in the gym or with equipment or without etc. and it finds the perfect workouts for you.
Choosing a Workout- Real Beauty
This is a good place to start if you're just getting into working out. It asks you questions about your lifestyle and personality and gives you a workout that would round out your life.
24 Hour Fitness put together this nifty infographic.
Although some of it is a bit obvious. Oh you like dancing? You should try DANCE! |
Also, here are some of my favorite at home videos that I do:
Sadie Nardini's Weight Loss Yoga in 30 Minutes
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1
Cassey Ho's Pop Pilates for Beginners
Are you currently in workout love? What's the lucky workout?
