Five Favorites: Health Blogs

I always love discovering new healthy living websites. I like sites that are a good mix of everything from healthy eating and workouts to humor and style. Here are my top 5 favorite healthy living websites.


1. Eat Simple, Love Yoga


Meg is a busy graduate student living in Boston with her boyfriend. She eats a simple diet of whole foods and is always sharing delicious sounding recipes! She's also a certified yoga instructor!




2. POPSugar Fitness


This website has tons of 10-60 minute workouts in all different categories. They also have great recipe ideas along with a mix of pertinent pop culture commentary. POPSugar's other sections like beauty and entertainment are also fun!




Fit Hip Healthy is Lithe Method's blog. Lithe Method is the cheerleading/barre/sculpting hybrid class that I take and am currently loving! They have tons style, health, and food tips for the average 20-40 year old woman.




I recently discovered this website and right now, I love it! I've been looking for a yoga blog that suited me more months! This website has tons of great articles on strengthening your practice, becoming a better yogi, and new ways to connect to your practice. Currently I am signed up for their 30 Days of Yoga Challenge!




If this website were a magazine, I would subscribe to it. They cover everything from relationships to medical conditions and I always find something interesting, relevant, or cool.
