Sticking to Your Resolutions

Are you in full-on New Year's Resolution mode? Me too. My two main goals are to be more active and to eat better, so I've taken some of the most common resolutions and compiled some lists (of links) for us to help keep us motivated and on track! The Resolution: Eat Better


  • It's not about giving up the things you love, it's about finding a better way to indulge.

I love this "No-Excuses" Workout from FitSugar.  It's hard enough to feel like you're getting a workout without being so tough that you quit halfway through.

  • This may be a biased opinion but I think I give the best advice. But seriously, I find including apps into my daily workout schedule help me to make working out more of a norm because I have the workouts right at my fingertips.

The Resolution: Don't Stress (as much)





Bedtime Yoga- Healthy, Simple, Smart (that's me!)
  • Let's face it, yoga is a great way to unwind, especially for people like me who have yet to master the art of meditation. You can do this quick 10 minute yoga routine in bed right before you go to sleep.
  • I don't know about you but I can definitely stress myself out way more than outside events do.
